Dr. Brendon Verhave MD

Originally from Westchester, New York, Dr. Verhave completed his undergraduate training at Cornell University and received his medical degree from Upstate Medical University where he graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. He then completed an internship in internal medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore University Hospital followed by his dermatology residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center.  During the course of his training, he completed a clinical trials research fellowship aimed at discovering therapeutics for difficult to treat and understudied dermatologic conditions.  Dr. Verhave takes pride in treating patients of all ages and focuses his practice on medical and procedural dermatology.  In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Verhave is an active contributor to the dermatology literature, publishing both scholarly research articles and textbook chapters.  

 Outside of the office Dr. Verhave is an avid reader and animal lover.  He also enjoys leading an active lifestyle, whether that be exploring nature or trying his luck on the golf course!
